Bob Toupin is a seasoned IT Executive with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation, scalable technology solutions, and operational excellence across public, private, and PE-backed companies. Bob is adept at aligning IT strategy with business objectives to drive growth, reduce costs, and enhance competitive advantage.
He is recognized for building high-performing teams and leading complex initiatives across Finance, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain, and Business Operations. Bob has deep expertise in M&A integration, ERP/CRM/WMS implementations, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure, and is skilled in transforming legacy systems, optimizing business processes, and executing global IT strategies that generate measurable ROI.
Bob is a decisive change agent with a reputation for solving entrenched business challenges, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and leading with integrity, speed, and precision.

Karen Cashion, Tech North Atlanta President & CEO
Karen Cashion is President & CEO of Tech North Atlanta, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit.
Karen is an attorney with twenty years of experience as a commercial litigator and corporate technology lawyer. Karen began her career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York City, and in addition to law firm practice, has served as Assistant General Counsel for EarthLink and Legal Counsel, Global Technology for Travelport, LP in Atlanta.
Karen received her J.D. with high honors from Duke University School of Law, where she served as Senior Editor of the Law & Contemporary Problems Journal. Karen received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Emory University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Karen has served as a Commissioner on the City of Alpharetta’s Planning Commission, is a 2014 graduate of Leadership North Fulton, and is a graduate of the 2015 Georgia Academy for Economic Development. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the North Fulton Bar Association and the Advisory Board for the University of North Georgia’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In addition, Karen is a member of the Advisory Board for Georgia’s Own Credit Union. Karen and her family are longtime residents of the city of Alpharetta.

Jade Rodgers, Deputy Director, Tech North Atlanta
Jade Rodgers is Deputy Director of Tech North Atlanta.
Jade graduated from Roswell High School with Honors and went on to graduate with a B.A. in English from Kennesaw State University. She lived in Alpharetta for 7 years before moving to Canton with her husband.
Along with her duties at Tech North Atlanta, Jade is the Co-founder and Co-owner of Olympus Entertainment LLC, an Alpharetta based theater, tech, and media company.

Tiffiny Tunsatian, Coordinator, Tech North Atlanta
Tiffiny Tunsatian is the Coordinator at Tech North Atlanta and loves bringing people together! With a strong background in effective advocacy and relationship-building, she’s passionate about creating meaningful connections within the tech community.
Tiffiny graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Merchandise Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. What started as a journey in fashion and business quickly turned into a love for cultivating relationships and building strong communities.
