Hot Desk Memberships (Month-to-Month)
Pricing for Tech Startups:
- Basic Hot Desk Membership:
- $219/month
- 7 am-6 pm (business day) usage
- 24/7 Hot Desk Membership:
- $239/month
- 24/7 usage
- 24/7 Hot Desk with Conference Room Access:
- $265/month
- 24/7 Hot Desk usage + 2 hr. conference room use per day
- Dedicated Hot Desk 24/7 with Locking Cabinet:
- $329/month
- 24/7 Hot Desk usage + 2 hr. conference room use per day
- Non-member day pass to work at Incubator for one business day:
- $40/day, 9am-5pm

Startup Hot Desk Memberships include: Tech North Atlanta’s Startup Workshops admission, AWS, Google Cloud, & Microsoft for Startups Credits, monthly Speaker Series admission, weekly onsite meetups, startup mentoring/coaching, plus free parking, wifi & high speed Internet, snacks/coffee, mailbox, and community.

Beautiful Offices
We have beautiful, one-to-eight person offices available for short-term, as well as one year, subleases:
- Our one-person offices start at $595 per month, and are currently sold out.
- Three-person offices start at $1325 per month.
- We also offer four, six, and eight-person offices.
All of our office tenants have 24/7 office access, plus membership benefits, and 2 hours of conference room use per day.

Pricing:
$35/hr /$280/day for 6-8 person Conference/Meeting Rooms
$50/hr/$400/day Pitch Room Event Space with seating for up to 55, dedicated entrance, & dedicated catering kitchen
